YoGPS team does not tolerate inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, harassment or foul language. We will terminate services and communications with anyone who engages in such behaviour.

  Return Policy

All our products are tested for quality in our Toronto Office. If you are facing an issue with the product or have simply changed your mind and would like to request a return or repair, please note the following

  1. Product purchased but not activated may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping fees. 
  2. For items purchased and activated but have issues, please contact our support team at support@yogps.comm. Any:

                a. Product determined to be defective by our support team will be replaced if we were contacted within the 30 days of delivery. 

                b. In other cases, you will be advised the next steps to buy a replacement tracker

The above scenarios is subject to the following terms and conditions

  1. Any subscription plan will not be refunded as it was already paid to the service provider upon activation
  2. To be eligible for repair, return and refund, items must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all components included along with the original receipt to the following address. Note (Shipping & applicable duties for returns to be borne by the customer):

       3. YoGPS support team must be contacted before a product is shipped back for return. Any items damaged by misuse or due to instructions not being followed will not be eligible for a return. Our products are thoroughly tested before shipping. Hence, we request you to kindly follow the instructions and contact customer support via email before returning the item.
