If needed, will you replace the YoGPS GPS tracker when in warranty?

Yes, if your unit is determined to be defective within 30 days of purchase, YoGPS will ship out a replacement unit within 48 hours and assist you with activation.

Please note that units damaged by misapplication or abuse are not eligible for replacement. To ensure the highest quality, we carefully factory test all our products before shipping. To make the most of your GPS tracking device, be sure to follow the activation instructions and contact our technical support team at support@yogps.com if you encounter any issues.
