I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

To reset your password, please follow the steps below in the YoGPS Mobile app:

  1. In the Login screen, click on “Forgot password”
  2. Enter your mobile number used during Sign Up
  3. Note the validation code (OTP) that will be sent to your phone
  4. Enter the validation code
  5. Define a new password of your choice
  6. Login with your registered email address and new password
