If you are not receiving geofence entry & exit alerts, there are three things you can check:
- Verify that your phone has internet connectivity. The tracker has its own SIM card with cellular data, but your phone also needs connectivity (either via wifi or cellular data) to receive the information.
- Check your local phone settings to ensure that you have allowed the YoGPS mobile app permission to send notifications. If you are receiving other notifications, but not geofence notifications, this step may not apply.
- Log out and log back in using the device on which you want to receive the notifications. To do this, go to the settings menu in the YoGPS mobile app and select logout, then log back in.
