I am a new customer and have followed all the steps but the location has not updated yet, what do I do?

If you have charged the YoGPS GPS tracker for 8 hours at least and activated the GPS tracker by buying subscription in the YoGPS mobile app, then all you need to do is place the tracker in the vehicle and drive for 10-15 mins.

This helps the tracker establish its first initial connection with the GPS satellites and mobile networks. Please note that GPS trackers work best outdoors.
