To add a new vehicle, go to the Vehicle section and click Create Vehicle.
Required Field
- VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) – Mandatory and must be unique.
Basic Details
- Name – Internal name to easily identify the vehicle
- License Plate
- Make, Model, Year
- Vehicle Type
- Body Class
- Color
- Fuel Type
Make sure all details are accurate, as vehicles are required for fuel, expense, service, and incident records.
