Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan mid-term. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription. This is because we have already paid a back-to-back fee to our service providers to provide uninterrupted service for the full term of your subscription.
We recommend that you make changes to your subscription plan, including cancellations, at the end of the term by emailing email@example.com at least 3 days before the renewal date. This will ensure that your subscription is not automatically renewed for the next term.
For convenience, YoGPS sends an auto-generated reminder email to all our customers 3 days prior to the renewal date, so you can make any necessary changes to your subscription plan, including cancellations.
