All travel data is available in the mobile app under reports & playback options. If you require a copy of the travel log compiled and sent to you, you may request log data for past travel, but please note the following:
- Compiling log data requires resources, including assigning tech team members to perform the task.
- There will be a cost of $5 per vehicle for each 1 day report. (Non-refundable)
- Log format will be ‘xlsx’
- Log data will contain (date & time, latitude, longitude, speed, course/heading)
- No additional support will be provided to interpret, manipulate or manage this information.
Steps to request travel data log
- Email support@yogps.com with the vehicle name and the list of dates log is required.
- A payment link based on the total number of dates per vehicle will be sent to you
- The team will also advise you on the number of days required to complete the task.
- Once payment is received, data will be emailed to you within the timeline provided in point 3.
